not only looks badass, that thing has so many features to fine tune your stuff.

i believe it even comes with an auto EQ-sensing mic that you put in the car and it optimizes the EQ for your car based on space charastistics.

      nice radio.

Good buy. How much did you pay for it? I hope no more then about $450. For about $500 you can get the Premier version (deh-p940mp) which will give you 6V RCAs and an extended warrenty. Either way, nice head unit.

Another question guys. I'll have to get an installations kit to fit the space for the radio of course. But, am I stuck with the same old black plastic one's or are there any other kinda out there. Any links would be appreciated also. Thanks

just get a black plastic one. they work fine, and will fit good.

go to best buy or something. they have them.

and if you know someone who works for best buy, the employee discount will get you the install kit, wiring harness, and antenna adapter for like $6 for all. sure beats the $45 you'd pay normally.

Cool thanks for the info. I just remembered about wiring. I have all the wires, but currently I only have 2 sets of RCA wires going to the amps. Once I get the radio I'll want to run 3 sets (front/rear/sub). What is a good route to go with to get to the rear of the car? I've ran the current wires down the door sill under the plastic sill plate, which has kinda deformed it. Is there another route I could take that would give a cleaner look? Also, I have 2 amps. One is for the sub. The other is 4 channel. Should I run the rear speakers and door speakers with the 4 channel alone. Or should I connect my tweeters to it also. I've been told that the radio should push the tweeters just fine. What do you guys suggest? Thanks

if you want, you could run your tweeters off of the HU. it wouldnt hurt it at all. id suggest running the RCA's under the carpet, and doing it right. if you plan on keeping the car for a while, take a day, put it aside, and pull the seats out of the car, some panals from inside, and run the wires under the carpet.

oh yea, and keep the rca's and the power wire as far apart as possible.

def keep it from prying eyes.

thats very high up there in pioneers line of radios, and you leave the faceplate on one day accidently and someone who knows a little about stereos sees it, bam, itll be gone.
