• Are these any good?

    Well, I bought my friends car and he left 4 eclipse 6.5 speakers, a Zapco 360 AG, Zapco 200 AG, Clarion Auto PC head unit and a Clarion 6 disc changer.

    Three of the Eclipse 6.5's have tears around the silcone ends.

    Can I use some kind of silicone sealer to fix it or throw them away?

    The Zapco Amps are in good shape.

    How much do you think they are worth? Could I just keep them to push a 12 in?

    The deck I know is good, but I don't need all that.

    Any offers?

        haha Good one! Oh, are you really serious?

        Zapco produces outstanding gear. They are known for SQ rather then massive power output. What 12" are you planning on pushing with them?

        And as for the 6.5"s.... are they holes are tears? Have you tried them out yet?

          </font>
I was thinking of Memphis PR 12.
          The tears are around the outer part of the speaker. Where the screw goes into the hole it looks like the pressure tore the surroundind. I tried one and it seemed staticky. When I put my finger on it it sounded ok.

          Can I use some type of sealer?

            and yes, you CAN.... use a silicone on the surround, but it really just is a half *** patch job to hold it 2gether.

              The PR12 is rated for 250WRMS. I'd say use the AG 200 on the PR12 bridged at a 4 ohm load. Then use the 360 for your 6.5"s. That's gonna be your best bet.

                Thanks Str8, but I have a friends girlfriend's brother's uncle's milkman deliveryboy who can get it at cost too. He works for a stereo shop so he can get it for a good price.

                Do you think that the Memphis M Class will fit in the compartment's? The magnet looks thick.

                Also I have switched out rear panels in the trunk comprtment with speakers too. Do you know what size they are?
