Does the monsoon HU play burned CD's?

My bose doesn't i don't have the dough to pay for a new head unit and was going to look for someones old monsoon (if they sell it cheap) but only if it plays cdrs.... so does it?

I bought a Mosoon cd off a friend with a 2000 firebird and it plays everything. I have another friend that bought the monsoon from a camaro and it also plays everything.
