  • Building Enclosure For Two Audiobahn Subs.

I know this is asking alot. But I need specs for a box. I kind of know what I want to do but I need some rock solid measurements to go from. The box I'll be building will look nothing like what ever you give me, that I can guarantee that much, I just need something to start from. Hpoe someone wouldn't mind helping out. E-mail me. I highly doubt anyone is going to give you dimensions. On top of that, how many times is it going to take you to get it done right? The cost of materials and the time alone probably isn't worth it. You'll be better off buying a box already made.

Well, without knowing where it's going or what it looks like it will be hard to help you out. There's no doubt the building it won't cost that much. Like Chameleon said how many times will it take to get it right. I remember it took me several tries with prototypes before I got it down good. Now when I build a box, I don't even need to bother setting it in my car because I know it will fit. My drawings are perfected that well. I also save the cad files so I can repeat the same box if necessary. Until recently I sold plans for boxes like mine. But, I stopped doing that because... well lets just say someone ruined that for everyone else. Good luck with the box.

Search around and visit various car audio companies' web sites. They will all have equations to help caclulate the right box size for you.

The box is going in the rear. from the seat all the way back down into the trunk space.
