I recently posted about getting an aftermarket HU for my bose system in my 94 camaro. It has a Delco/Bose cassette deck with 4 spearkers and something in the driver side hatch that is 6.5 I'm guess its a sub. People have been telling me about an adapter to get so I can have a pioneer cd deck in there. Where can I get this adapter... and what are my limitations with it. I'm a little confused, I don't know if the adapter is just for the sub in the back or what the heck its for. I know next to nothing about stereo equipment, but I work at best buy so i can get a nice HU for pretty cheap which is what I would like to do. I don't mind keeping the bose speakers and all in there if i can, it doesn't sound bad, I just want to be able to play cds... ANy suggestions... thanks...

Hey SuprSpdDB7 You might want to shorten your sig. Before a mod/admin tells ya ;)
I had a Bose tape deck in my 1996 I changed it out and got a Monsoon from a Firebird 98. Works great fit is a little different you will have to change the fixtures to make it fit. I like the monsoon cause it has a Equalizer. My .02 Also the Monsoon is a WHOLE lot cheaper then some other HU.\'02 Corvette Z06
