  • Help, my car just had an important electrical failure!

I was pulling out of the bank parking lot tonight and at the stop sign i was looking left and right and all of a sudden my lights shut off and pop down. What is wrong? My dash lights dont work, my head lights/parking lights dont work , my BRAKE lights work but not the tail lights and also my dome light doesn't work now

EDIT: Also, my turn signals, brake lights, and hazard lights still work

Edit 2: checked all fuses and all are good

so basically everything that has to do with night driving wont work. Hmm, i would check the fuse box. other than that take it to a dealer and have them look at it, that is really weird that they went of and popped back down though... im not to sure what could be wrong.

It's all figured out. My uncle came over and helped since he had the same problem before. It was a fuse-able link going from the positive terminal on the battery to the starter (or somewhere near the starter)
