im running on a low budget right now and i was thinking if i could just unhook my back 2 speakers and use my stock amp for one subwoofer rated at 150 watts rms. would this work? and would it be decent?

eh.. i wouldnt do that. you wouldnt be getting any bass response at all. unless you wana buy one of those component subs. and you can run the back speaker wires to the powered component sub. that would work the best for what i think youre trying to do.Dave:
