I have a power inverter and I want to permanently mount it in my Camaro. Where is a good place to mount it that's hidden away. The inverter is about 4"x6" and about 1 1/2" thick. I plan on using it for maybe a PS2 one day and if I ever had my laptop with me. Or even my buffer too.

not sure how the 93-96 camaro dash is, but on my firebird, there is room for one that size inverter, behind the center console, under the dash.
if not there, it will fit under the passenger seat. (unless you have TA seats in your car)
Ryan.

Why not mount it to the floor vice on the bottom of the seat? It would get much more air flow on the floor.

Well personaly I mounted a 12.1" flat screen in place of the passenger side airbag, with a TV to VGA converter under the sear towards the back. The computer is a PIII Laptop, I had a docking station set up and it would plug in and out. Cordless mouse/keboard that lights up red is nice too, the XBox went in back and I used the stock antenna for TV wave reception. That biach was pimp btw I am selling the entire set up plus the HX2's and all the custom boxes and all the 1200 watts RMS 2.4farad cap 0guage kit 120amp fuse etc.
