Kenwood Subs

What are u guys opinion on kenwood KFC-3005 12" subs. I just ordered them and am working on a box to work with the hinges and hold to 12's so i can move it to store t-tops.

I am sure alot of people will say they are crap, but I know lots with them, and they pound like crazy, I am sure not as much as others, and not the best sound quality, but still plenty for the buck

dont waste your money they sound like crap... but yeah they are kinda loud.

I have them in my car. I'm no stereo freak or anything but they sound good to me. Had one blow after about 8 months, but they had a one year warranty, got replaced for free. Bought them from crutchfield for around 100 for both. For that cheap, if I get a few years out of them I def got my money's worth. I think they pound pretty good too. I have heard worse, even with more expensive systems.
You can kinda see them in this picture. I'll hafta get some better pics of them sometime.

the stock system sounds like crap, anything better than that has to be better than crap.

all i am saying is that if you are going to buy some subs get good ones the first time around. yes i agree they are lightyears away from stock, and maybe for a cheap loud system they are fine but i cant stand them they just dont have a clear sound to them. i would tell you to get one infinity kappa over 2 of those, you will be much happier.
