System set up

So i think i decided how i am going to set my system up for right now, tell me what you think. Since i am on a money budget, this is just the first step. I am going to upgrade my rear speaker 6x9s and attach a extra amp that i have sitting around the house, then i am going to take out the stock woofers and replace those with nice new normal speakers, then i am going to rip out the moonsoon amp and replace that with a nice 4 channel amp. I will leave my stock coaxels alone for now, cause i like how they sound, eventually i will upgrade to componets...but that is what i am thinking about for how.
Any suggestions on the 6x9s, 4 channel amp, and new speakers? I don't want to spend to much, but i am not going to put junk in my car.

I was looking around and thinking of either infinity kappas or, some of the rockford fosgates.

im not a fan of the rockford stuff..infinity kappas are nice..my box is still for sale if you or anyone you know is interested [img]smile.gif[/img]

Since i am going to be running speakers i think this is the exact set up that i am going to be looking at
infinity referance 5760 amp- 56x4+107x2 which i think is good cause it will take care of the doors and give my 6x9s more than enough power. And those ratings are RMS at 4 ohms.
Ifinity referance 9603i- 6x9 3 way that runs 2-100 RMS.
Infiity Kapa 652.5i- 6 3/4 2way that run 2-75 RMS.
I was wondering if the amp is running 107 RMS and the speaker is taking 100, that means i am probably going to blow the snot out of it when i crank my system cause it is suplying more power than the speaker can take, right?
Like i said, open for suggestions, that i sthe only reason that i am posting.

im not really sure..when i took my dual 12" system out for weight reduction but kept my stealth box in for some bass..i was running a 1000 watt amp to 1 1100 watt 10" sub..i never had any problems with it..running it for a long time or cranking it up [img]smile.gif[/img]
