I have just the 4 6.5" speaker system in camaro and I would like to upgrade it so that I have better treble to go with my subs. My question is, have any of you ever put 6x9's where the back seat speakers go? I have some expensive JL 6x9's sittin around that I took out of my old car, and I would really like to put them in somehow. I have not had time to take out my old speakers and really analyze the situation, plus it's really cold right now here in Michigan and I don't feel like workin out in the cold. I was just curious. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i would suggest selling the JL's and getting some components that better suit your new application. No, I was talking about right behind the doors, next to where the back seat passenger would sit. I would get some new components but I don't really want to put any money into it right now. I put a set of infinity 60.5cs in the front doors and the rear seats powered by an infinity amp, sounds dam good with out a sub, cant wait to get one.

yes you were talking about the sail panles then, you need to learn some f-body parts real quick, the part the speakers are in behind the seats are the sails, the ones in the hatch are the hatch speakers. just so you know ;)

After buying Infinity I wouldn't buy anything else...I don't know about the amps but the subs and speakers sure are sweet.
