While driving home last night my lights started flickering. It wasnt just the headlights it was also the guages and radio controls too. Would this be related to the alternator?

i had the same problem. It was my alternator belt. It just got worn down, then it snapped, then my battery died (due to lack of alternator) which left me stranded out on the highway! Good idea to check it every once in awhile, i learned the hard way!!Comment

I went to advance and they checked the alternator and said it was only putting out 40% so i bought a new one for $88 w/ lifetime warrenty and everything works great now!98 White CamaroComment
