2 problems...

help,
i have two problems:

1)my fuse for my horn keeps blowing out and i think there is a short, but i have no idea where. should i just find the horn wire and follow it back up?

2)my driver side front blinker light is out (sort-a), it will blink when i turn it on to blink, but when i have my lights on it won;t come on?!?! is there another short? i know thw bulb works because i saw it blink, but it doesn't want to come on when i have my lights or P< (parking lights) on.

2) There are two different bulbs in the parking lights. One controls the blinker and the other comes on with your lights. I think the one that is blown is the 194 bulb but Im not positive.
