Turn signal problem? Also tailight Questions..

I tried to use my turn signal today and its not working right. If i turn it either way the green arrow comes on and stays on. It doesn't blink. The front turn signals don't blink either. But the strange part is the back ones do...? Anyone know whats going on? I thought maybe a burnt out bulb but would it causes both fronts to not work right? I might take this as i sign to get some clear corners.. ;)

Also I just put a set of 93-96 tails on my car and there are 2 small bulbs in the harness. What are they for...? I can't get them to light up, i don't think i need to anyway but i am still curious.

mine did the exact same thing. its the fuse under the driver console. just buy a new one and replace it

My 4 way flasher just did it. Turn on your signal, get down under your dash and listen for the clicking noise. Once you hear it, you know that is the relay. Replace that. If your lights are solid you may not hear a clicking noise. Turn on your 4 ways and try it just to see what it looks like. Little silver round relay about the diameter of a medicine bottle cap. easy to find. It stumped me for a while.

One of the bulbs may be burnt out. One of my rear signals went out a few months ago. They would light up, just not blink. Replaced the bulb and everything was fine.
