Looks good, but...
1)Why components in the back?? I would leave it empty.

2)Im pretty sure the only fuse you want between the cap and the amp is the ones on the amp. You might want to move that cap after the D block and only put it on the sub amp. The amp running your components wont draw nothing near what your sub amp will.

3)Im not sure how accurate you made your drawing but you will want to run two sets of RCA's. One for the front signal to the component amp and one for sub output(if that HU has one) for the sub amp.
