  • Unused Option Controls?

I'm a newbie on the boards, so bear with me...

My car came with absolutely NO options, but when I pull off that plastic trim piece around the radio/climate control...there are still wires for those two buttons where I didn't buy that option (the traction control and something else)

If still have the wiring harness leading to the blanks...is there a way I can get function out of those connections?

Or would I have to remove those wires and start fresh if I wanted to use those spaces? I'm not sure what I'd use them for...fan switch, engine start, fog lights (if I put them in) anything.

Probably just a silly question, but I'm curious. Thanks
