yeah, happened to me whne I had a 2 gauge wire ran under my car cause I was too lazy to run it threw the firewall, what had happened ( only power wire ran ) was the wire began to sag and drag on the ground, turned out the power wire was grounding itself to the ground ( the assphault ) check and make sure the wires are all in good shape. If that doesnt work, let me know. Ive had countless hours with lots of stereos

check your ground, and all the rest of your connections for that reason- if nothing seems wrong and it keeps blowing, i might be an internal wiring problem inside the amp..

I've had this problem (not saying that it couldn't be something stated above). What my problem was was that my buddy bridged my amp (didn't know what bridging was at the time) for more power. Little did I know the amp wasn't stable at that load. I learned more about this later on and remembered that he bridged my amp and it kept blowing fuses.

Just check the impedence of the subs, amps etc. just to see if everything is compatible.

Thanks alot guys, it actually was my power wire. When they drilled the holes they didn't do anything else to them and left them bare metal, well seems that the combination of the heat, vibration, and the friction cut through the wire and it was grounding itself. They'll fix it on saturday though. As soon as I read your responses I check my ground wire and power and sure enuff there it was, thanks!!!!!
