i need to find an amp that does 150x4 rms at 4 ohms and 300x4 rms at 2 ohms. i know i know, i would be better off finding two amps that do half of what im looking for but i would like to keep it down to one amp. just tell me if it exists, if its sq is decent (at least as good as alpine), and who it is and how much. thanks.

I have heard that the Soundstream Human Reign4 does 200WRMSx4@4ohms....however the webpage says it only does 125. I think they're a couple out there.....but I wouldn't expect to pay less then $7-800. Be cheaper and easier to find if you bought two 2-channel amps.Comment

My guess is you want to do use 2 channels for your fronts and the other 2 for a sub. If I'm right, you may be better going with a 3-channel amp like this xtant - XTANT X603 R AMPLIFIER . Now I could have swore your first post said you were looking for an amp that did 200WRMSx4@4ohms.... maybe I need to go back to bed! ;) Anyhow, so you're looking for an amp that does 150WRMSx4@4ohms. Then just run the rear channels at 2 ohms. Producing 300WRMSx2 of course. Well, I'm using an Autotek XS900.4. It's rated at 110WRMSx4@4ohms, but it puts out a couple extra watts. ;)
