Right now I have a a set of Polk db3065 components for my front speakers and I got Clarion coaxials in my sail panels. I was wondering what do you guys recommend? Should i get a 4-channel to power all four?? 2-channel for just the components?? or 2-channel to and parallel the front and the rears as 2 ohms???
I would rather have my car run w/ 4 speakers than not have 2 rear speakers. I've done that for awhile and I wasnt happy w/ it. So what should I do with the amp situation knowing that I WANT to keep all 4 speakers?
If I was getting a 4-ch, I would get the MTX Thunder 4244 and if I was to get a 2-ch I would get the MTX Thunder 4202.

I want to match my Sub amp =D

    Btw, this is my headunit

You can get a 2 channel amp to power all 4 speakers, but you will lose your fading capabilities. A 2 channel is probably cheaper than a 4 channel.

What do you mean by fading capabilities?? If a 2-ch amp will work will it sound ok? Because I would be running the speakers a 2ohms right? I was wondering if I will lose any sound quality but I know that a 2-ch is alot cheaper. If i get a 2-ch, I'm planning on getting the MTX Thunder 4202. If everyone thinks that a 2-ch is decent enough I'll probably go w/ that.

Ditch the rear speakers and get a real nice amp (Autotek SX2200 or SX2300) to power the fronts. It will take a little bit to get used to the better sound and retrain your ears, but once you do you will notice how much better it sounds.

I really want all 4 speakers though. So, no matter what you guys say i'm keeping all 4 =D. So would it be bad to just run a 2-ch??

Your front to back, left to right fade. Let's say you want to fade a little to the left, you can't do that because the speakers are wired together and are getting the same signal! I would get the two channel and wire the backs together and front together. Nobody usually wants to fade left to right anyhow. Save the cash. The speakers themselves will sound the same regardless of the impedence.
