I have a 97 camaro convertible. Right now i'm running 2 Kicker L7's with an Audiobahn amp off the stock cd player. I wanna get some interior speakers now also. I'm gonna be using SShevy's tweeter pods, so i want some kind of component speaker for the front, and something matching for the back. But it might be hard for the back being it is a convertible. Thanks.

I have the same setup- Trans am doors, but I just left the tweeters in there and got new 6½s all the way around, Pioneers the new 4 ways they have are awesome. I have 2 Sony Xplods ( not great quality ) but definitly loud the way Ive set it up ) And the 4 ways I think they are 1680s are awesome, I had them running off the stock deck but then I got a new deck, bot shounded great, then I got an amp for it and my stsem sounds all pro. Ive bought all kidns of speakers from pioneer besides subs, and iVe loved all their products for the price.
You can't go wrong with some Infinity speakers. I have pioneer premiers all the way around and they sound pretty sweet. Just shop around and maybe go to circuit city or somewhere and listen to the speakers they have and find some ones u like.
I have the Kickers for mids and highs front and back and they are rockin and less expensive. Im also throwing more power than they are rated for and they are doing great
