I think mine are setup right now at 4 ohm, single voice coil.
If I got those Alpines i'd only be able to run 1 of them at 200 watts. Right now each JL is getting 100 watts, then 50 watts to right/left side audio for 300 watts total.
Have to get Single voice coil if I want 2 speakers... right?

NO! Dual or single voice coil has nothing to do with impedance. Alpine makes the Type-S in both the dual 2 ohm and the dual 4 ohm versions. I think the model numbers are, SWS-1221D and SWS-1241D.
I have Lanzar tweeters right now, they were only $25 for the pair hehe, they're not bad. I want something that will give me a decent thumping with the rap but still sound clean on the rock... I am thinking about trying those Xtant speakers because I've heard a lot of good things about them, but my uncle told me not to get entry level speakers, he wanted me to get mid-level speakers...
I gotta talk to my mommy and see if she'll help out I think LOL

Because I have seen some that have a hookup on each side of the speaker for 4 wires total. I guess I could just run one to each channel on my amp since the subs get 2 channels each.
So out of all the links I've posted which are the best? Those alpines you linked me to? I'll only be able to feed them 100 watts and they say 200watts RMS...
And do you know what level they are, like entry level sub... mid level... I don't think for the price they're the top level sub
THANKS A LOT for all your help so far!! I really appreciate it.

That is a dual voice coil subwoofer. That's what the Type-S's are. So you have a two channel amp? You will want to bridge the amp and present it with a 4 ohm load. That's gonna give you the most possible power out of the amp. I'd say the Type-S's are probably the best out of the above mentioned. The Type-S's used to be the middle line. They have the Type-E,Type-S and the Type-R. But they recently released the Type-X line, which is now the best. You will need the exact ones I linked to. (SWS-1241D) They are dual 4 ohm. Meaning you can wire the dual voice coils together in parallel for a 2 ohm load. Then wire the two subwoofers together in series for a final load of 4 ohms. Perfect for your bridged amp. Follow this link. 2 DVC subs wired in series/parallel.
The amp is a 6 channel amp.
Right now, 1 channel goes to left side highs, one to right side highs, then 2 channels to each 12. I am just using the positive from one channel and the negative from the other channel for each 12.
So with these speakers I would bridge the 4 channels into 2 (like they are now), call them A and B.
From channel A I would connect - and + from the amp to -/- on each speaker, then from channel B i would connect - and + from the amp to +/+ on each speaker on the other coil... right?
Sorry I'm not much for stereos

Ok so you will want a dual 2 ohm or single 4 ohm sub. You know...... for the price range you listed above, these guys have a smokin deal on the Type-R's. However, the model I linked you to is the dual 4 ohm version. E-mail them and ask if they have the dual 2 ohm and will give it to you for the same price. If so, BUY THOSE! A pair of Type -R's would stomp! However, these are no entry level subs. They are something to hang onto. Some save up to buy these. :D If you're just looking for something to last you a few months.... maybe the lanzars WOULD be your best bet... :( IMO, it's not worth the extra cash just to "last you" until your real system gets put in. :(
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
