Two things to consider: The cut-out diameter and the mounting depth.

The cut-out diameter of your speaker holes is a tad over 11-1/16" And the mounting depth of your box is 9" or so. I think they would fit as long as the keep the same sub structure. If they have specs posted on their site, lemme know and I'll check against the cad drawing I have of your box.

kick *** , did you look at the specs about the ports? they have a slot??? odd, also, it's one of those kinds that conform to the inner side of the box, wtf is up with that?
