  • Concerned about daytime running lights

I decided to check my daytime running lights and blinker bulbs because they are still original from the factory. When I pulled the first one out the bulb were it connects into the socket was black, melted, and had some ash particles.
The socket were the bulb connects was black and melted but hte actual metal connections were okay.
So I pulled out the one out of the other side of the car and it looked the same way. Both bulbs still work fine. Is this something to be concerned about, does anyone know if there is any recalls on the daytime running light system? I am just concerned about a fire in teh future.
