i am going to be taking out my system before i get rid of my car. i have a kenwood head unit, a pair of infinity components in the front and midranges in the back seats, and an amp for my sub in the trunk. besides just taking out this stuff, should i take all the wires that go to this stuff too? or would it be easier to just have them replaced when i have them put in another car?
    thanks for any info..

I know I'd wanna keep my RCAs, but I guess that depends how much you paid for yours. I'd also wanna keep my main power wire if possible. 1/0awg is expensive! And if you're gonna tear stuff apart to take out the RCAs/power wire, it's like 5 extra minutes to take your speaker wires. The biggest thing would be if your wiring is going to be long enough for your future car. F-bodies are pretty damn long...you should be safe. Just remember to cut the tips off of each wire. Only about a 1/2 inch where oxygen has gotten under the jacket.
