I just purchase new speakers for the front of my car, and was wondering if these were a good choice. I got the Infinity 6012i: http://www.infinitysystems.com/caraudio/product.aspx?ProdId='REF6012I'&Ser=REF&Cat=MEL It was either these, or Polk db650: http://www.polkaudio.com/car/product.php?name=db650 and I liked the Infinity's sound more. I haven't got them installed yet, but I'm just wondering if these are some good speakers for the front. I've read around, and it seems a lot of people replace stock speakers with Infinitys, so I was basing it on that and the sound I heard from the store.

I have 2 6 1/2 polk in front door w/ external tweater place below door handle, looks cool.
and 2 polk 6x9's behind the seats. and 2 12 inch polk subs in back.
i really love polk audio, i have had polk theater system for house, awesome crisp clean sounds, great hi's.
but if you want bass, stay away from them. otherwise they are great. maybe i should get a crossover, but i don't play rb/hiphop much though1998 Rally Red Camaro
