System turning off and on...

Alright, Thought I'd ask here to see if you guys have any suggestions for I fiddle with it tomorrow.

I have an in-dash LCD... wired to a brain unit in the back, then amps/subs/speakers blah blah.

Anyways, the problem is.. (just started)... I could be sitting there or driving and the whole system will just turn off, and then it'll cut back on after like 20 seconds or so. So I tried to double check the brain unit's ground was tight, that seemed fine, then I pulled the lcd screen out and made sure it was... Now when the system cuts off EVERYTHING cuts off, cd changer, brain unit, lcd the whole set-up. Could it be a fuse? short up front? Any idea's shoot them at me... Thanks a ton.

Everything cutting off with the LCD is simple....everything else is remoted by the head unit. So if the head unit doesn't get power....the rest of the system will turn off.

That's what I thought... but there's only 3 cables for the main unit. Power, ACC, and Ground... ground is fine, and the other 2 are connected to it fine... that's why I was asking could it be something from where they originate? It's the ends to the stock monsoon system... would that originate under the hood or elsewhere?
