PA System

My friend has a PA system in his explorer and that thing is awesome! What all is involved in hooking one up?

through an external speaker or does he crank up his radio loud....I used to have a thing from pep-boys that did animal sounds cop sirens and had a PA system....not loud enough for me though...just add a bigger speaker to that and your sset

I'm not exactly sure how he did it. He's really big into HAM radios an stuff and he figured out a way to set the radio to play on the PA. Its really cool, but I dont tihnk it was that loud. What all do you need for one?

look around at radio shack for one....they can set you up.....all you need is a mic, an amp, an a speaker

haha yeah I thought of doing that before too. Maybe a setup where you could play "Move B1tch" over the PA when the person in front of you was driving too slow :D

Nah...wouldn't be illegal at all! :D

Seriously...all you need is an external speaker (i'd use just a PA horn driver for voice frequencies...loud as HSIT and it's weatherproof and durable) an amp, and an input device.
