I run a Viper 1200.1 to push my subs the problem is that during my commute from Waco to Houston about 1.5 hr into the trip the amp always heats up and i have to turn it off for a bit or roll down the window so it can get some air.

I currently have it on an amp rack and only the top part is exposed.

I am looking for something like this

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

But the price is kind of holding me back, any other suggestions?

Computer fan from Best buy, Comp USA will cost you a hell of a lot less and will serve the same purpose

yea thats true a computer fan will do the same thing but i have to put this fan under an amp rack. And to acheive this affect with a computer fan and still make it cool off the amp would make it look like crap.

I just want something i can stick under there and it will do a good job.

True, I guess I didn't catch that on the first go-round'. Well, I guess you have to pay a price to be beautiful huh? Go with it man, send some pics of your set up. Oh, why under the rack bruh?

You can see in the last picture at the bottom of the provided web page how my amp is set up.

I want to drop in the crossdflow amp under the amp rack so you wont be able to see it at all.
