I was just wanting opinions on running 4 10's in the back "tub" of the car. If you don't know what Isobaric is...it's running 2 10's in the box correctly, and then 2 other 10's mounted directly on top of the other speakers. (facing each other.) Reverse the polarity, and there ya go. Does anyone have any pics of this set-up in an f-body, or has anyone had any luck with a set-up like this? Lemme know! Thanks!

i believe this setup would be difficult because if 10" subs wont fit into the hole, fitting a backwards sub under the window is nearly impossible because of the issue of space.

Space isn't an issue. I'm putting the box in the tub in the back. I'm setting it low enough that I can clear the hatch when it comes down. The size of the box and everything will work. These speakers don't require a whole lot of air space. My question was...has anyone had experience with an isobaric "Clam Shell" set-up? And did anyone have any pictures of this set-up in an F-Body. JL has a pretty nice write up on this.

Read it, then decide if you want to go that route or not. I think you'll change your mind.
