before i knew how to do stuff myself i paid 800 bucks for a rewire, deck, amp, jl stealth box with jl w0, 4 alpine type s speakers, and wiring.

Later on I did my own PS2 system.. Visor screen 120 bucks ps2 180 bucks wireless remote 30 bucks wiring 30 bucks... Came out sweet.. Since our cig. lighters dont turn off, I ran a wire from the ignition fuse and wired a cig lighter in the back.. Linksys inverter then hooked up my ps2 and ran wires from the back to te front under the carpet.. then 20 bucks for the adapter for inputs to my deck.. I made a custom bracket from my old visor and got a really strong visor screen. Only problem now is getting the PS2 to power up automatically when the power goes to it (when i turn the car on)

All in all about 1,120 bucks

Trim plate and mounting kit - $15

For the money, you're never gonna hear a better system in an F-body, either... [sq-wise] If I had it to do over again, I might have bought different speakers for factory replacements. The Polks are nice, but I'm not totally in love with them.
