Elemental makes some of the best equipment you can buy. I havent used those particular speakers but everything i have used from them has been top notch. I would seriously consider them if you want a pair of 6.5 midbass speakers (no 6.5 is a real subwoofer to me, they just dont go low enough for me to lable them as subs). A wooden ring is very easy and would probably be worth it to get ED quality.

These would be the best. these "midbass subs" are unbelieveable. they handle 100 watts rms and have a 13mm xmax, most 10inch subwoofers do not have a 13mm xmax. these are designed to hit low and clean. Adire also makes some of the best quality speakers on the market and are known for extreme sound quality.99 camaro conv. 18in 100 spoke rims, body kit, ac delco iridiums, taylor 8mm wires, 2 12\' L7 soloberics with 1500 rms. I think im going deaf.
http://67.19.33.20:8080/sig/0G%20Car4.jpg
