tweeters engine noise

Just got two tweeters installed and on the passenger side when I turn on my car I can hear the engine or some kind of whining noise only on the passenger side I have them hooked up where most people put there gauges whats the problem

are your tweets both on the left? or noise is on the loft?

if so, u may have your tweeters speaker wire next to another power line, or even your power wire for your amp

one is on the right and one is on the left but the one on the right is giving me the problems probaly because I have a red wire running from my amp to the battery on the right side
