• 4 channel amp to front or rear

i have a 4 channel amp i am hooking up to my front components and my rear coaxials when i install it do i hook up my rca jacks to the front or rear

If your refering to the front and rear inputs to the amp then u must hook your rca's to both front and rear. Assuming you have only one set of rca's then u need split them. you can get the 1-2 rca splitters almost anywhere.

Well.... you're hooking up a pair of front components and rear coaxils.....
Zero was assuming you only have 1 RCA preout on your CD player. You have 3. No need for the Y-splitter.

Your front outputs on your cdplayer go to front input on your amp. then the rear outputs go to the rear inputs on your amp and if you have an amp for subs then use the sub outputs to that amp.

Same thing I thought, use the front and rear outputs, not the sub output. Normaly if you have a sub out it's just for lower notes.

Usually the subout is also non-fading.
