last night i was pulled and given a warning ticket  for my passenger side brake light being out. when i checked it this morning, it was on but only half as bright as the other one. i changed the bulb and it had no effect, still dim. i wiped off the connections and still no change. anyone have any ideas on what would cause this, or how to fix it?
