if your going to do it, i would go 0 gauge, just so you dont have to do it over again if u upgrade more...
but, all 3 wires should be the same size

unless you are planning on drawing some SERIOUS current from you charging system, or you just LOVE overkill..... 0 AWG cable is overkill.
