What brand of subs have a big 'P' on them? they have a grey back and the 'P' is red. i know someone who is selling a few, but he doesn't know what kind they are...i know, sounds flaky...

my head unit holds a lot of my cars functions, like tire pressure monitor, oil monitor, alarm and visual/audio ques. they told me if i replace my head unit i will lose all that. i refuse to belive im truly screwed, isn't there any thing to do about this?
