Watch the 6 ohm coils on the W6. Just FYI since your only using one.

The 10W6 has dual 6 ohm voice coils. It was intended to be ran in a trio at 1 ohm. If you are only using a single W6, you will have to run at 3 ohms nominal. Which, normally, would mean reduced power output from your amp.

Will it work with your amp? Funny you should have the 250/1. The 250/1 is one of few amps that output the same amount of power regardless of the load presented. (From 1.5ohms to 4) So in answer to your question, yes. The 10W6 will work fine with your 250/1.
