electrical problems... ticket!

i got a ticket for not fixing my side marker colors to amber, and my left rear side marker was out...

after inspection, and replacing all bulbs to new amber ones...

the rear left one still does not work...
any advice on that?

also, since about the end of last year, my rear defogger wil only work for about a minute, then wont work for abou 10 minutes...
it goes in a cycle llke that

Use a multimeter to see if you have power to the rear left marker. If you do, the socket is probably either faulty or just corroded with junk and not making good contact with the bulb.
