Im thinking about getting a cd changer so I can finally play MP3's. After looking at what ebay has to offer, this Sony changer seems to be my best bet. I know Sony makes really $hitty car audio stuff, but can this cd changer be that bad? Anyone familiar with this?
Also, since its transmitting through the radio, will a lot of the cd quality be lost?
Thanks.

i have a sony deck and i have no problems with it. i love it. it's not one of the cheap 150-200 decks tho. i doubt it can be too bad, as for it transmitting through the radio i really don't know. i would think it would sound as good, but i've really never heard one so i don't know.

i had a sony cd changer that was fm modulated and it did lose alot of the cd quality. it wasn't that particular model though so maybe it has been improved
if you get a changer that is modualated, it sux. i used to sell car audio and I think that you totally get what you pay for. I have a JVC kamealeon in my car and it's bad azz. That's what you get when you spen $350 on a head unit and changer(got the changer for free when we discontinued it). Still trying to find a place to mount the changer though. I think I might wait until i get my sub box installed.
Thanks Jeff. I thought my best choice would be to get this modulated one cuz it works with any head unit and is really easy to install. Well I guess I gotta keep looking around.....
