umm well just recently when i turn of my car and set the alarm, the interior bell keeps dinging and won't stop. also the tail lights stay on, and the headlights stay up(although they turn off). the tail lights are also messed up (the turn signals are actin weird, and the breaklights are messed up too) any idea where the short might be? i can do very basic things conserning cars and electronics, so should i just take it in and have it fixed? i couldn't figure out what was wrong so i said screw it and disconnected the battery so it wouldn't run down... oh yeah today i also got a flat thanks for any help.

There is a door sensor that makes sure your door is shut located inbetween the door hinges on the body. You might want to check it out. You can find them at a local parts store and they're pretty simple to replace.
