First install... totally clueless

I've never installed any type of speaker/amp combo before, only my headunit. I looked in the FAQ, but there seems to be only specific stuff in their, unrelated to wiring. I'm pretty much just looking for a diagram that shows how the wires go. From the headunit, to the battery, to the subs. I pretty much have no clue.

Here's my equip:
HU: Pioneer DEH-P6600
Amp: Viper D1200.1 Pic1 Pic2 1200W @ 1ohm
Subs: (2) Kicker L5 DVC-4ohm (wiring parallel/parallel)
Wiring: Knukonceptz Complete 4awg amp install kit link
-20 Feet 4 AWG Blue Kolossus Power Wire
-3 Feet 4 AWG Silver Kolossus Ground Wire
-One Waterproof Mini-ANL Fuse Holder with 120A Fuse
-One 5 Meter Klarity Kable Blue OFC RCA Cable with Built in Turn On lead
-20 Feet BLUE Klear Kable OFC 12 Gauge Speaker Wire
-2 Gold Plated 4 AWG Ring Terminals, 2 Gold Plated 4 AWG Spade Terminals
-6 feet Split Loom and wire ties

If someone could draw up a quick schematic in paint, that would be ideal. But I'm confused on a few things, which include...

1. So the speaker wires go from the amp to the box, and then from the box to the speakers?
2. The ground wire for the amp needs to touch something metal, while the power wire needs to connect to the battery?
3. Do I use the preouts on my HU (2x 2V @ 100ohms) and run the RCA cables from there to the amp?
4. How do I get the RCA cables from the front of my car, to the back, without them being seen? I have T-tops, so can't go through the headliner (not sure if this is how its usually done.

Thanks for any help, I hope you guys can help me through this so I can have my first install go as smooth as possible. Need to know anything else, just ask.

you can run all your cables under the carpet and panels... the panels for the very back speaker then through the backseat panel...then down to the floor and take up that lil kick panel thing and under it.. and back up and under the dash to the headunit

Ground should be on bare metal. A good connection or the amp will not turn on, or turn on and off.

SPeaker wire does go from the amp to the box, and from the box to the subwoofers.. make sure not to mix up the (-) & (+)

You should have SUB rca's on the back of the HU, if not u can go to the 2x2v and run that to the input on the amp.

The remote wire will go to the blue wire with white stripe on the back of the headunit, and go to the REMOTE on the amp, this turns it on and off with the radio.

When your running your RCAs to the back, make sure you run them on the opposite side of the car as the power wire, or you could get a sh!tty noise thru the subs.. Just run the rca's under the dash, and down the kick panel under the carpet on the side of the car all the way to the back.
I ran it under the carpet and made a slice in the carpet near the amp where i wanted them to come out so they werent as visible.

Thanks guys, I'll let you know how everything goes. Still have to clean out the garage and get the car out of the barn and into the garage for the installation. I could probably wire up the subs to the box right now, and get the wires coming out of the box done.
