A friend of mine applyed 2 layers in his rear.. to help muffel his exhaust in his ls1.. it worked pretty well.. just make sure you get he extra sticky kind.. and a roller..
all and all we put 3 layers in some sections of the rear.. and one layer of the best kind all the way from the bakc seet to the front.. and another full layer of the slightly cheeper kind on top of the expensive stuff.. all the way up to the front as well..
the cheeper browen bread produts have a tendency to fall off panals when it gets hot and the glue melts..
I would put it on par with dynomat extreem.. probably not quite as good though..
I would look into getting dynomat on ebay.. they have great prices on large rolls there..

I've got a loudmouth and to get rid of a little of the noise in the cabin when I initially got the exhaust system welded up I put some dynomat in the trunk. The dynomat helped but honestly I think an extra thick coating of undercoat under the hatch area did the most to deaden the noise. Just go pick up a $5 can of undercoat and spray the crap out of the area under the hatch. Then if that doesn't help you at all try some brown bread or dynomat. Honestly I think it's worth the $5 to give it a shot. Hope this helps.

I lined everything behind the backseat with one layer of Fatmat, and it worked wonders. I liked it so much I ordered some more to line my doors and floor. You can get a 36 ft kit on Ebay for about $68.00 shipped.2000 3.8L Firebird, Silver Metallic

\"Yes, London.
