keeping subs in place...

  • keeping subs in place...

    i drove a little too hard the other day, and riped my subs' power/ground wires out of they're spade termanels. whats a good way to keep them inplace (ie not sliding around in my trunk)? i want it too look clean too.

    You mean you have subs sliding around in your trunk The best think I could recommend is putting them in a box that you can fasten down so it doesn't move.

      the box is sliding around. i can't bolt them to the bottem cause then i won't be able to access my spare.

          Do you have those cargo holds in your trunk? If so, JAM is right, bungees or tarp straps. Or simply re-build the box so it fits snug between the fender wells.

                I've been using a phonebook to wedge it in place. It works great to :D
