I have a 97 rs convertible with the factory alarm. I recently sold my 91 rs convertible and the alarm I had on that car paged me and showed me the status of car and had a radar sensor which saved me a few times. I was just wondering if I can add anything to the factory alarm like more sirens, a radar sensor, and so on? I was hopeing to keep the factory one as well.

possibly, but in all honesty it would cost you more to do these add ons to a lousy alarm than it would be to just get a good alarm and replace it completely. You can leave all the factory components there and just simply turn off the factory alarm.

I'm with DrMilhouse on that one... Even IF you could tap in and add those features, you'd better find someone who knows what they're doing 'cuz I've seen some pretty sad work.
