Ok, i got the radio installed no problem, got it secured good and everything. BUT i drive over every pothole in the state of alaska on my way to work. And it skips real easy, i am gonna install sfc's to make my car not react so bad when i hit a hole, (my hardtop never skipped) anyone know a way to stiffin up the radio so it wont skip as much? i have installed many sound systems in my day, and have never had this problem this bad before. Anyone have any handy idea's? I am gonna clean it just to see if that helps any, but it shouldn't be that dirty.

Pioneer, huh? I've never heard of them having any skipping problems with their stuff. I've owned two and they never skipped. Try and take it back to the place you bought it from, maybe it's a faulty unit...... Hopefully they'll replace it or fix it for free.
