I followed the direction in the FAQ and ran my power wire through the grommet in the passenger side behind the pcm. When I was done, the grommet wasn't completely sealed. (I can see light if I look up under the dash and stick my head way up there) It is a problem if it isn't sealed?

Take a glass of water and poor it inbetween the glass and the hood, it will drain down a lil hole into the engion bay. on mine, it hits the pcm then falls onto the grommet.
Try that and see if any water gets inside
