  • Building a Custom Speaker Box

How would i go about putting together a custom speaker box to drop in the back of my Camaro? Are there any good websites out there that maybe you guys can throw my way? Or maybe some advice from your own personal experience?
I got these real nice speakers out of a barely used home entertainment system, and i think these would really help out the factory Monsoon sound system in my car. The factory system is good, but i want more!

yea subthump is good. or just build your own box. take the dimensions yourself and build it.

or, if you have the $$, go to tweeter (formally known as now audio video) and they build custom boxes really really nice, but itll cost you some dough)

**** dude, i recently reformatted my hard drive and lost my favorites. There is a site out there that shows you how to make custom fiberglass enclosures for the trunk, like where the spare tire goes, and on the other side of that. I found it on google, type like fiber glass enclosures of f bodys or somethin like that and u'll find it. Good luck

I guy in the car club at my school built a custom fiberglass enclosure in the back of his explorer. It held 7 subs and his amps!! It was basically the entire back end of his truck, and took him a couple months to do while in school, crazy stuff.

When you say speakers, are you talking about subwoofers or a bunch of mids and tweeters? Either way, I wouldn't even begin to mess with something like that.
