Do you approve of this system

My budget is 400. I know I want two sets of components. Quality of sound is more important than power to me while still on a budget.

This is what I found for 370.

1- Lanzar vibe 418
2 setsMB Quart 6.5 DSD 216

If i find I need more bass, I will add a stealth box later, but its not important to me, my music genre of choice is rock and punk.

I think you can pick up the Focal Polyglass line for roughly $200 set.... and I'm sure they will tear into either of the other two mentioned.

BTW you wont get TONS of bass with any kind of setup. The reason is, they are not woofers. They are mid bass and tweeters.

Why would you change from components to full ranges? Are full ranges better? Is the JBL powerful enough?

JBL amps are extremly underated. I would go with full range only because the staging is better. You go components up front midbass/tweeter then go coaxil so that there isnt alot of bass sound in your ear.
