Sub & amp install w/Monsoon stereo, questions......

I may be buying an amp & 10" sub from a friend of mine for my car. They are currently installed on a '98 Z28 w/aftermarket HU. What do I need to make the amp & sub work w/my Monsoon stereo? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
