  • Speaker Question

What size are the speakers in the rear beside the seats in the back...not the very back but, the ones on the sides.

    Thanks,

Those are called sail pannels. The speaker size is 6.5 S or 6.75.

    Just like all the others!

        NOT 6.5... 6.75 or 6.5 S

If you buy 6.5" speakers that don't have adapters or extensions on the attachment spades, they won't fit.

Opps, I was wrong earlier, it is 6.75, cause the 6.5s are slightly too small. Sometime speakers that are 6.5s will have a 6.75 adapter on them, my sony 3way xplods did so they fit fine. Where are you buying your speakers from? You can probly ask them about 6.5s with 6.75 adaptor or what they have in 6.75s.

I like mine, WAY better then factory for sure, im thinking about hooking a small amp to mine but im not for sure yet. Let me know what you get, good luck on the install, it was kind of hard to fit my socket wrench on one of the screws on both sides because it was right under the edge sail pannels, but i finally got it, an open/cloesed wrench should work fine for that one.
